Once upon a time, there was a Western TV series called The Magnificent Seven, with which I've managed to get well and truly obsessed, despite the fact that it only lasted two short seasons and I never saw it at the time. (It's all his fault, basically. I'm terribly predictable.) And I'm so glad I've finally managed to acquire DVDs, because one particular moment is just as good as I was hoping it would be: how can I not adore a show where my favorite character strips down in the middle of a saloon and then wanders down Main Street wearing a hat, boots, and a tablecloth? Now that's dedicated fanservice. Mmmm, Ezra. Excuse me while I go watch this scene a few more times...or a few dozen...

So much. Every time he comes on screen I perk right up--even when he's not out of his clothes. ;)

*snorts ruefully* You haven't missed a thing, which is too bad--there's assuredly an audience, and I don't just mean you and me! But the DVDs I have are purely unofficial; I bought them here (http://www.bhamilton.homestead.com/). If you're considering it, be warned, the quality of the ones I got aren't very good; they only play properly on my computer, and even then they sometimes freeze in the middle of a scene for several seconds. I don't care so much--anything to actually get to see the show--but I'd be remiss not to mention it.

Official DVDs would be a thing of wonder and joy, especially if they came with any extra features, but so far they have singularly failed to materialize.

Hey. I actually remember you from an age ago as "the chick who wrote neat Mighty Ducks and Sentinel" and when I stumbled across the chaoscentral journal, well, I figured it couldn't hurt--I have fondness for YYH and Animorphs too, although in both cases my experience with the canon is minimal. In case you were wondering who the random person was.
