Mar. 11th, 2004 05:22 pm...the one time I actually notice a piece of comics news, and it has to be this? John Byrne (insert screams here) is rebooting the Doom Patrol. Complete reboot. None-of-their-stories-ever-happened reboot. I can't find a direct link for the announcement, but it's under discussion at his forum.
Christ. And I'm not even a DP fan, I'm just upset at what this is going to do to Gar. Byrne would have to damn well write WATCHMEN--or perhaps more pertinently, Perez's WONDER WOMAN--to justify tossing most of Gar's history out the window, and you know, somehow, I don't see that happening. Feh.
