The Clex really is everywhere...

Last night I was watching this week's STAS rerun, "Brave New Metropolis." The plot is that Lois Lane falls into an alternate universe where she was killed and a grieving Superman teamed up with Lex Luthor to take total control of Metropolis in order to keep people "safe."

Lois's disgusted assessment of the situation: "Look at you now. Married to Luthor."

*snicker*

For kerithwyn's peace of mind, it's not actually a very slashy episode; Lex and Superman seem to regard each other as useful but ultimately dispensable resources, and Superman is still clearly in love with Lois. But that one line just killed me. :)
